Recipe:

  • 1 lb 80% protein/ 20% fat ground beef
  • 1/2 lb chicken hearts
  • 1/3 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/3 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon organic butter
  • 1 drop vitamin E oil (30 IU/drop)
  • 1 tsp omega 3 fish oil liquid
  • 1.5 tsp IVI blend
  • 2 capsules kelp (650 mcg Iodine)
  • 1.5 tsp eggshell powder

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground beef, hearts, and vegetables on medium heat for 5-10 minutes with the pan covered, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat once gently cooked. Once it cools down to room temperature, add the butter, oils and supplements and stir thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate for up to 3 days, otherwise keep unused portions frozen and thaw when ready to serve.
